Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

During this stage, we verify your order, prepare items, and hand them over to our shipping partners.


2. Shipping Time & Fees

We offer worldwide shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days (international)

  • Shipping fee: $5.99 USD flat rate per order

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times.

6. Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notice and hold the package at a local pickup point.

Customers should contact the courier directly using the tracking number.

Storivaspace is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address details or failure to collect parcels.


7. Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows no updates:

  • Check if activity has been recorded within the last 7 days

  • If no movement appears for more than 7 days, please contact us

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

However, once tracking shows “Delivered,” Storivaspace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with neighbors, building staff, or local carriers.
